Kallistem was founded in 2012 with the objective to highlight the research works and expertise developed by Philippe Durand and Marie-Helene Perrard, two internationally renowned scientists in the field of the reproductive biology and more specially in ex vivo spermatogenesis.

Kallistem has developed, in collaboration with its partners, two original and innovating technologies of germinal cell culture: for male fertility preservation and the treatment of male infertility.

Bio-AlteR®, a 3D testicular model, validated as a predictive, fast and cheap screening tool, which answers to the expectations of researchers and industrials for testicular toxicity study. Read more
